Before I started training at Fitness Revolution, I had never worked out, at all. I was smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, my eating habits were all over the map and although I was skinny, it certainly wasn't a healthy skinny.
I finally decided to quit smoking and realized I needed to start working out in order to keep from gaining too much weight since I was replacing cigarettes with food.
My goal was to work out for a couple months to get through the initial weight gain after I quit smoking then I'd be back to being a stranger to the gym.
Was I discovered was that I was enjoying working out and was seeing huge changes in my capabilities, from my increase in strength to my higher cardio endurance. I did lose weight in the beginning and have been gaining a significant amount of muscle, which I'm extremely happy with.
I've learned to do many things I never thought I could do and am so thankful to Chad and the Fitness Revolution family for seeing my potential and really pushing me to be my best. .
Fitness Revolution and their trainers are like family to me now and I'm so grateful to all of them for the faith they've had in me and for helping me get to where I'm at today.
